Think Spring – and Home Improvement! Come to “HOME EXPO 2015” on April 22, 2015, from 4-8 p.m., at the Stephanie Tubbs Jones Community Building, 3450 Lee Road, in Shaker Heights, for an informational fair. This free event is open to all homeowners, tenants, landlords, condo owners and associations, and raeal estate professionals to help arm yourself with information on all things relating to home improvement, consumer protection and fair housing.
Meet local vendors, and representatives from housing agencies and City departments to answer your questions on home improvement and other housing-related topics. Five featured presenters will speak throughout the event on topics such as consumer protection in the contracting process, making your home accessible and safe for older adults, fair housing rights, how to understand your utility bill, and crime prevention. April is national Fair Housing Month – so come join us at this one-of-a-kind event!
